CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY
All guests are required to present a photo id upon check-in. (Passport, Driving License, Voter ID /Aadhar Card).
Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. (2 pm) and check-out time is at 11:00 am.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and upon prior approval.
The only way to guarantee early access to your room or to keep it longer on your departure day according to your flight timings, is to book the room for an additional night prior (for early check-in) or after (for late check-out) to your reservation dates, to avoid uncomfortable waiting times.

18% G.S.T will be levied on charged Tariff.
Room rates inclusive of South Indian/Local Authentic Breakfast.
Rates are based on 2 people per room. Extra Person is chargeable.
All guests are required to present a photo id upon check-in.
Right of admission reserved. No pets are allowed on beds for pet friendly bookings.
Telephone / Oral booking are accepted ONLY UPON FULL PAYMENT with APPLICABLE CANCELLATION POLICY.
The onus is on the guest to keep track of the status of the tentative bookings.
Any change upon arrival in the number of guests or the name shall not be entertained.
We are not holding any rooms on your behalf unless you receive a written/whatsapp confirmation and payment screenshot from us.
One child under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bed.
All further older children or adults are charged INR 750 per night for occupancy
Maximum occupancy in a room is 3 Adults +1 child or 2 Adults and 2 Child only.
Maximum number of extra bed in a room is one.
REQUEST FOR A SPECIFIC SPACE
Since the property allocation is a complex process it is usually done by the owners much earlier from arrival date based on the availability at the time of check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee a specific villa when you make an enquiry, however please advice us of your wishes and we will always do our utmost to meet them. We would like to assure you however that you will of course get the villa or room category/type you have booked and paid for.
Reservations will be confirmed and guaranteed only on receipt of full payment.
Guests are requested to share us by the transaction ref. no. by whatsapp to sales coordinator after making payment.
On receipt of the payment, confirmation message on WhatsApp will be sent within 24 hours maximum, which is the proof of your stay.
CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND RESCHEDULE POLICY.
75% refund is done for cancellations made ABOVE/BEYOND 15 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN DATE.
No refunds will be done for cancellations submitted DURING THE PERIOD OF 15 days before check-in date.
This includes all direct bookings or through Airbnb or any other platform.
100% refund is given to those when WE CANCEL due to unforeseen circumstances concerning covid or other laws or serious maintenance hazard or act of God.
Reschedule is offered only when we are unable to host you for your date and you suggest alternative dates.
FORCE MAJEURE/ACT OF GOD:
We are legally not obligated to refund any money or give any benefits to guests in case of natural disasters/political unrest/ACT OF GOD that is beyond scheduled building renovations. Although we may give a weekday reschedule on available dates to compensate purely at our discretion.

Because>> Marketing, manpower, discussing, negotiation, advertising spends takes time, money and effort.
Because>> ENTIRE HOMES in group accommodation category. Groups plan in advance and are book less frequently than individual or couple travelers or vacationers.
Because>> Dates blocked online against your name/ booking on all our platforms are preventing other opportunities for us and other guests miss our availability therefore causing us OPPORTUNITY LOSS.
